This Urban Rebounder System allows for a complete workout right in the comfort of
your own home! Unfortunately, I got lazy and have only utilized the equipment less
than 10 times. It comes complete with all of the instruction manuals, 2 light-strength
and 2 medium-strength resistance bands, 2 deluxe handles, R/L upper stabilizing bar,
10 workout videos (compiled on 2 dvd's) ranging from beginners to intermediate levels,
and a nice drawstring storage pouch for the resistance bands. Not to mention the Urban
Rebounder is completely collapsible for easy storage and portability!
